Knowesis powers Bussan Auto Finance

Knowesis, in partnership with Salesforce, have been selected by Bussan Auto Finance (BAF), a joint venture between Mitsui & Co. Ltd and Yahama Motor Co. Ltd. Knowesis will be responsible for creating a customer success platform for BAF, which will result in one single view of their customers, providing better connectivity to all business units – Sales, Marketing, and Services.
